For $1,600, the Hard Cover Master includes the
registration table, corner cutter, and edge wrapper!
You can make covers as small as 3" x 3" and up to 14.5" x 16" outsize. The
registration head is self centering. Leaning over a horizontal table can create
back fatigue and pain. For operator comfort and ease of use, the table can be
tilted up to 55 degrees. An integral suction fan system holds the cover material
in place even while the unit is tilted. The edge wrapper eliminates the air bubble
pocket that many other cover makers create when edge turning. Production
rate is about 1.5 minutes per cover (see our video below).
