| How To Make Hard Covers |

| Step 1 |
Design your book. Use our leatherette, suede, or cloth cover
material. For coffee table type books, print the cover using the printable cover sheet.
Print the content. |

| Step 2 |
If using a printed cover, single-side laminate the cover with nylon
film for protection. |
 |

| Step 3 |
Build the hard case using the Hard Cover Master. The covers can be as
small as 3” x 3” and up to
12” x 14” |

|
| Step 4 |
Bind the content (either glued directly to the spine or use a lay-flat
strip) using the PBS-6000 or
PBS-2000 binder. |

| Step 5 |
You now have a retail-quality book! |
